First concrete pouring was done last 30 July 2008, witnessed by the Owner, Project Manager, Contractors and Representatives from RCBC & PagIbig. Structural works for the substructure (foundation/basements to Ground Floor Level) of the Corporate Center was already completed last April 2009. -
